Coffee fair trade notes

Coffee is the most traded agfricultural crop in the world. U.S doesn't produce coffee except in Hawaii. Coffe needs to grow in tropical climate.


dark roast coffee- A term used to describe a darker color of coffee
organic coffee- coffee that has been grown not using chemicals or any other thing to help it grow
specialty coffee- Coffee that has a different flavor than traditional coffee
Fair trade coffee-  coffee that is bought directly from the grower at a higher price in order to help a smaller companies in developing counties to be sustainable and lift people out of poverty.
