Definitions of terms

Life Expectancy- The number of years that a person is expected to live depending on where they live, their heritage, country, and their health. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/life+expectancy

Crude deathrate- number of deaths per year compared to the population. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crude_death_rate

RNI ( rate of natural increase)- crude birthrate minus the crude deathrate. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rate_of_natural_increase

TFR ( total fertility rate) - the average number of children a woman has in her lifetime. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Total_fertility_rate

net migration rate- the difference of immagrants and emigrants of an area over time per 1,000 people that live in the area. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Net_migration_rate

population pyramid- a pyramid shaped graph that shows how many people a certain age, organized by gender.   http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/population+pyramid
